Guided tour of an ancient farm between the I.G.P. Lemon Grove, the D.O.P. Olive Grove, the ancient family cellar, the ancient company oil mill, animals, beehives for honey production, seasonal vegetables, fruit trees.
Teaching on traditional methods of production of lemons, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and wine with possible practical demonstrations.
Tastings of typical products such as homemade lemonade, Extra Virgin Olive Oil D.O.P. (also in different flavors) on homemade bread, cured meats and cheeses accompanied with wine, honey, citrus jams, tasting of Limoncello with explanation and demonstration of the family recipe.
Lunch or dinner (optional) with typical home-made dishes accompanied with wine (includes a seasonal first course, appetizers and lemon dessert)
